Limited Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase of this product. Please read the terms below and fill up the validation card to sign up for your ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty Agreement with United Broadcast & Media Solutions (UBMS).

CONDITIONS :

1. UBMS warrants that the Equipment shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase.

2. Your warranty cannot be validated until the registration card has been properly filled out and returned to UBMS. Warranty must be activated within 10 days of the purchase date or it shall be null and void. Warranty is non-transferable.

3. UBMS' obligation is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of defective parts and shall not include incidental or consequential damages as well as business-related losses. UBMS will not be accountable for delay in repair due to unavailability of specific spare parts and components from the manufacturer.

4. The Warranty does NOT cover:

   1. Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;

   2. Cosmetic damage;

   3. Consumable supplied with the Equipment (such as cables, connectors, camera cases)

   4. Damages due to Damage due to (i) acts of God or any reason beyond UBMS' reasonable control; or (ii) misuse, including (but not limited to) failure to use the Equipment for its normal purpose in accordance with instructions on its proper use and maintenance; or (iii) improper operation or maintenance of the Equipment; or (iv) connection to improper power supply; or (v) attempted repair by anyone other than a proper authorized service agent; or (vi) use of the Equipment in conjunction with third party accessories, products or ancillary peripheral equipment.

5. This Warranty shall be invalid if the product/manufacturer’s serial number has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible.
    

NOTE :
When returning the product for warranty service, please pack it very carefully, enclose the warranty card and proof of purchase and some instructions for repair.
